Clash Meta Download Guide

mihomo client downloads

mihomo (formerly Clash.Meta) is an open-source proxy kernel: it handles rule-based routing and protocols, and has no GUI of its own. For everyday use, pick a graphical client with mihomo built in — Clash Verge Rev on desktop, Clash Meta for Android or FlClash on your phone.

01Concepts

First things first: kernel vs client

  1. Subscription / nodes

The configuration source from your provider or your own server — it tells the software which routes exist.

  2. mihomo kernel

The command-line engine: parses the config, applies rules, forwards traffic. No interface — regular users never install it directly.

  3. GUI clients

Clash Verge Rev, FlClash, CMFA and friends: the kernel is built in, and they manage subscriptions, node switching and proxy toggles.

Regular users only need one GUI client. Not sure which? Read the client comparison, or just go with Clash Verge Rev.

05FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How are mihomo and Clash related?
mihomo grew out of the community fork Clash.Meta and was renamed in 2023; the original Clash is no longer developed. See the full comparison.
Which app should I download?
On desktop (Windows / macOS / Linux) use Clash Verge Rev; on Android use Clash Meta for Android or FlClash. The bare mihomo kernel is for advanced users and servers.
Are the clients free? What else do I need?
All of the apps are free and open source. To actually connect you also need nodes — usually from a subscription provider, or a server you run yourself. See what a subscription is.
Are the downloads safe?
Every app here is an open-source project. We provide mirror links, and each card links to the official GitHub repository so you can verify against the original Releases.
